Have been going there for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied. Great selection of both adult and kids glasses. Whenever I have had any sort of issue they have made it a priority to take care of me in a quick and cost-effective manner. We usually use Alex and he has been fantastic to us.

I cannot believe that after over 25 years of being a customer I am just now writing a review. I just picked up my glasses from having the lenses replaced and you walk in the door and everyone knows your name. Everyone comes over to say hello and shake your hand. Unfailingly polite and professional. Good job Randy and the Superior team.

I have been a customer of Superior Optical for over 10 years and have purchased multiple pairs of glasses for every member of my family during that time. All my visits have been very joyful experiences as every person in this place is professional, courteous, warm and caring. I always feel that I am getting expert advice. When I need service or adjustments, they are always dealt with promptly and properly.

I have been personally working with Lauren Hughes for nearly all of those years at my main contact although I have dealt with nearly everyone in the store at one time or another, and they are all excellent. Lauren is one or the nicest, most caring, and fun people I have every met. She has great product knowledge and is always looking out for what looks best on me. She truly cares as much or more than I do, which is what you would hope for, having somebody looking out for your best interest.

Their lenses are of a very high quality and I have always been happy with the frames we received through the years. I highly recommend Superior Optical, I feel like I am part of the family whenever I walk in the door. That’s how they make you feel. Another point is that the staff turnover is very low. It is essentially the same group since I started going there so you can count on continuity in your experience as a customer.

I went there on Monday to order my new glasses. Today is Wednesday and I have already picked them up! My prescription is high with astigmatism so this is something new for me that glasses are ready in less than a week. When I came in I was welcomed by Julie. We start looking for frames right away. Julie was super friendly, professional and she exactly knew what I was looking for. Variety of frames is unbelievable. For each budget, style and personal preference. I am amazed by the quality of lenses and impressed how awesome this place is. I wear glasses since I was 4 years old and I have visited many places like that but Superior Optical is a winner in every category. It was really easy and enjoyable to select a great pair of frames. I also like that they grind the lenses on site rather than send them off to some other place, which means good quality control and quick turn around time. My eye doctor is very specific about his measurements which are more fine tuned than most other optometrists, and he referred me here because he knew they would be precise in making the lenses. Very very happy.

I had a real difficult time getting the focal point on my glasses correct from other cheaper optical places. These guys nailed it! They may be a few dollars more but they are experts at what they do and are worth the extra bucks. I will not trust anyone else with my eyewear again.
